📦Processing & Shipping

  1. Each item is handmade to order, which means processing time is usually 1-5 business days before your order is shipped. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll be sure to let you know right away!
  2. All orders are shipped safely from Australia through Australia Post. Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  3. Please double check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We can’t make changes once the order is processed.
  4. If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you can choose to:
    • Pay to have it resent, or
    • Receive a refund minus the shipping cost.

Every order is carefully packaged with love to ensure it arrives safely. We take great care in making sure your purchase arrives in excellent condition, using quality packaging materials designed to keep your products safe until they reach you.

Port Lincoln locals - we’ve got you! 🤍

We’re happy to offer free local delivery for customers located in Port Lincoln, SA. You just need to select local delivery at checkout! Your delivery will be carefully placed in your letterbox unless otherwise specified in your delivery notes at checkout.

💕 Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered! However, due to items being handmade and made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving it at chapterscharmsco@gmail.com with your order number. 

Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, we don’t accept cancellations once an order is placed.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at chapterscharmsco@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t started production yet.

  • We only collect personal details needed to process and ship your order.
