💕 Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered! However, due to items being handmade and made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving it at chapterscharmsco@gmail.com with your order number and we can work something out. 

❌ Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, we don’t accept cancellations once an order is placed.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong item, please email us as soon as possible at chapterscharmsco@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t started production yet.
