- Each item is handmade to order, which means processing time is usually 1-5 business days before your order is shipped. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll be sure to let you know right away!
- All orders are shipped safely from Australia through Australia Post. Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if you selected tracked shipping).

Sticker orders and small flat items are usually sent as untracked letter mail.
- If you’d prefer tracked shipping, please select that option at checkout or email us at chapterscharmsco@gmail.com before ordering.
- Untracked mail unfortunately can’t be replaced or refunded if it goes missing.
- Please double check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We can’t make changes once the order is processed.

If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you can choose to:
- Pay to have it resent, or
- Receive a refund minus the shipping cost.
- International Shipping - International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.
